Myobrace® Certified Educator

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Provide Myobrace® treatment at the highest level of effectiveness, efficiency and profitability by certifying your Myobrace® educators. 

This course teaches advanced topics in being an effective educator, including all of the ‘Introduction to Myobrace® Educator’ course topics, as well as troubleshooting advanced cases. It also teaches the full Myobrace® Activities program and provides more information about using the Myobrace® Activities. Upon completion, participants will be certified as a Myobrace® educators by MRC


WHO SHOULD ATTEND

This course is suitable for practices who have completed MRC’s other training programs and are already providing Myobrace® treatment but want to provide it at the highest level by training a fully certified educator to enhance the delivery of Myobrace® treatment.  

Please Note: This course is only available to practitioners who have completed an introductory online and/or in-person myofunctional orthodontic course or auxilliaries who work at a practice alongside a practitioner who has met these minimum requirements.


LEARNING OBJECTIVES

  • Ability to diagnose breathing and myofunctional issues 
  • Ability to deliver the patient consultation most effectively 
  • The history and application of traditional myofunctional techniques 
  • How to deliver myofunctional activities to patients in the 21st century using the Myobrace® Activities 
  • How to control patient flow and use the Myobrace® Educator (ME) Check form 
  • Improving patient communication and compliance  
  • Integration of active myofunctional appliances using the Myotalea® range

Dr Madeeha Khan completed her studies in dentistry at Griffith University in 2016, achieving awards for academic excellence for three consecutive years. She has been working at the Myobrace® Pre-Orthodontic Center since completing her studies and is passionate about improving the overall health of children.

Jessica Maidman
Senior Myobrace Educator

Jessica Maidman is the senior educator for Myobrace®, offering support, education and training to Myobrace® members and assisting practitioners to implement The Myobrace® System. Jessica is also a part of the MRC lecturing team and is passionate about sharing the Myobrace® treatment philosophy.
