COURSE DESCRIPTION

Expand your treatment scope to treat a wider range of patients with increasing complexity using The Myobrace® System 

Module 2 is an advanced course designed by MRC to teach practitioners how to expand their treatment scope using The Myobrace® SystemThe course explores how to treat patients with more complex issues and combine the system with auxiliary arch development techniques, as well as when to consider using other systems to assist the Myobrace®. We will also discuss how you can manage your patients so that you can provide Myobrace® treatment in the most efficient and profitable manner. Furthermore, we will present some complex cases and provide the opportunity for you to submit your own cases so we can troubleshoot them live.


WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Module 2 is ideal for practitioners who have been treating simple cases using The Myobrace® System with the recommended protocol and achieving consistently good results but are looking to treat complex cases in a more predictable and profitable manner.

  • Complex case diagnosis and evaluation
  • Case progression using auxiliary techniques, such as BWSMyolay™, BB1 and braces 
  • Troubleshooting cases that are not progressing as planned 
  • How and when to combine Myobrace® with fixed appliances 
  • Improving patient flow and profitability by discussing the role of an educator 
  • Hands-on fabrication of The Farrell Bent Wire System (BWS) 
  • Demonstration of the Myolay™ technique 
  • Retention protocol in Myobrace® treatment 
  • Using patient reviews and other techniques to improve compliance

She has been working at the Myobrace® Pre-Orthodontic Center since completing her studies and is passionate about improving the overall health of children.

Senior Myobrace Educator

Jessica Maidman is the senior educator for Myobrace®, offering support, education and training to Myobrace® members and assisting practitioners to implement The Myobrace® System. Jessica is also a part of the MRC lecturing team and is passionate about sharing the Myobrace® treatment philosophy.
